Hi, I’m Dan — a multi-award-winning Executive Creative Director with over 20 years’ experience building teams, shaping brands, and transforming businesses.

Based in London, I sit on the executive leadership team for frog’s global Creative & Design offering. In my role as Executive Creative Director and Head of Craft, I oversee our creative growth in the Middle East and guide multidisciplinary teams across Europe.

I have a proven track record in building high-performing teams from the ground up, integrating acquisitions, and driving commercial impact through major pitch wins, new client acquisition, and product experience delivery for brands such as LEGO, Standard Chartered, and RCU.

My expertise spans brand building, storytelling, visual language, digital platforms, and immersive experiences — always with a focus on inspiring teams and aligning creativity with business growth.

Beyond frog, I also mentor with D&AD Shift, supporting the next generation of self-taught creatives entering the industry.
